Eighth Pay Commission

We have fears that the the 8th pay commission may not explicitly say anything about revision of pension for those who retired before 1-1-2026 since the ToR doesnot say anything about it.

Pension is deffered payment not charity therefore it is our constitutional right Do you agree with Supreme Court Comment that Pension is a differed payment to help the employee in his post-retirement old age life. Or you still sympathies with governments that they are 'poor' and can not be blamed for their failure to pay and revise pensions in time. Blog
